Pardon the pun, but here are some more Topaz Glow effect images. Most of these are colour infrared images with Topaz Glow used upon them. Some of the effects are extreme – and others more subtle. As I start to use the plugin, I note the sliders to adjust a preset are useful, but most importantly I find playing with the blend mode and strength makes a big difference.
The first image is from a preset and no adjustment – and is a bit “out there”. It is a nut weevil on a bluebell. The effect preset is Brilliant Fibres.
This one is the only other non infrared image – and is the effect is much more subtle, thanks to the aforemention controls.
The glow in this is more “around” the edges of the Kingfisher.
Next up an again fairly laid back effect – that of Pete from this website with his fisheye lens. The effect is an adjusted “Mysterious” preset.
Now for some flowers – Oxide daises to be exact.
Then let the sea glow – Swanage Pier electrified!
Next another Landscape – Fiddleford manor.
From that yellow – to a couple of shots taken in N.W Scotland at Inverewe Gardens
And finally, another fairly strong effect shot from the New Forest.
